...I wouldn't go quite that far. But I got the crust with curry spices, the plain crushed tomato sauce that doesn't seem to have Italian spices in it, beef and pineapple for toppings. (Though you might replace one of those with onions, I think, or maybe the pork.) Plus the sriracha swirly stuff was nice on top.

I grew up here (in the neighborhood we affectionately called felony flats) then joined the Peace Corps, then travelled for a really long time, lived in HK, then grad school in NM and taught for 2 years in Gallup. At the end of all that, I was so glad to come home to Portland. When I was doing "school duty" of standing out in the bus mall in New Mexico making sure that kids don't run over by school busses and it's 20 degrees below zero, I swore I would never complain about Portland's 52 degree and raining winters. So glad to be home.
Where did you go in the PC? My friends that got in went to Mongolia and Costa Rica. They wouldn't take me, of course, on account of being a madman and a criminal. I can't blame 'em much though they didn't know me.
