What are the names of the cards people use if they don't have a bank account? Are there any good ones that don't require going to Walmart?
I use Bluebird, American Express, use it at virtually any ATM (free withdrawals at US Bank atms). Bluebird.com, order one for free, you never have to go to Wal Mart. Also Paypal Prepaid Mastercard, although they charge a few bucks monthly
Thanks very much. (I'm not trying to avoid Wal Mart. It's just that I'm in the small percentage of the population that doesn't live near a Wal Mart so it's very inconvenient for me to go there.)
You know, I kinda wish PR departments checked/updated thier emails. Getting real tired of sending out a email only to get an error email back because they don't update thier webpage ever. I know this is a first world problem, but getting review code is a pain in the ass as is.
