i guess the check4change script would've had a better chance of waking me up had my monitor stayed on while i was asleep, since my speakers are built into it... oh well, doesn't look like i missed much except a small rubin batch... ; ;
I just need to say that TO's are important but they arent the "end all" Like I know me personally... I love ProductRnR hits. I've done like 1,000+ with only 2 rejections, both of which were retracted upon question. However, I also know that a lot of workers** HATE them. *shrugs* I've actually found some awesome ppl to work for simply by ignoring the general opinion.
Haha... I'm still working on other batch of Inveni hits. It would seem I'm the only person working on them... the other 11 must be sleeping. Sigh. I should take a break but they are easy & addicting.
https://www.mturk.com/mturk/preview...otsburgh&hitId=2USCOK2JE1M7NQJVS7N6WZACESONUF Does anyone have any experience with these??
I'm guessing you started working for them sometime after Sept. when they seemed to have straighten up their act?
Yes, sorta...but I actually worked with them before that... just not as avidly. Never had a huge issue with them. But I was constantly sending them msgs asking for clarification and what not during that time. Then they sent out an email stating their apologies & their changes & they I was being added to their trusted workers group. Which doesn't mean a lot except I get correspondance from them now and then for higher paying image flagging hits. I've been on mturk for ehhh... almost 2 years. Just wasn't really an avid worker my first year due to time constraints.
My approval rate was DESTROYED by Slee...so i have to build up numbers...thanks for your concern tho....anyone else??
Awe yeah. I got 16 rejected by him... but I know you.. as well as others got hit hard, which can be frustrating. Some usually quick (and easy) hits are ones requested by: Oscar Smith, ProductRnR, Jim Young, Proboards, GoodJob, Delf, HomeZoo.... Maybe just add them to a list to check often. If I think of others I will pass them your way! Good luck & my apologies about the Slee nonsense.
Hey guys and gals. Just catching up to the last 10 pages or so. I just wanted to say sorry to amoreno for getting banned from TN. The other day, my kid made an account on Club Penguin and she used her first initial, middle name and last name. I had to give her this huge lecture on pedophiles and how the more info she gives the bigger the chance on her being targeted would be. Sad, I know but part of parenting. I guess what I'm getting at is that I never thought that using some identifier like our names, last names, nick names etc. would be an identifier or a reason for people with nothing better to do than sit around and lurk at forums to ban them from "clubs", I guess I now have to go back and re-lecture my kid on one more reason not to use identifiers on the internet.

Someone out there does not like me. First, Rubin changes his hits to 5,000+. I'm frustrated, but I think, Hey, I can see where he's coming from. I should can buckle down and do 2200 Oscar Smiths. And then I discover the joy that is Readabl. Been working on them last night and tonight...getting closer and closer to 5000...and now they've just changed their Auto Approval Time from 0.00000123 days to 30 days! All of the sudden, I have all these pending hits just sitting there. Aaargh! *shakes fist*
Geez i tested a few no results yet TO is bad: Says:Nov 28 2012 Please my dear friends, do not do this hits. I did 9 hits, he rejects all of them.
Readabl usually approves very quickly irregardless of the autoset time within hours or a day. Cheerup
I built my numbers with Oscars, Redwoods, Catalog Choice, etc. Not sure if Redwoods still post enough but CC posts their batch around 3 AM PST time, usually around 900 or more. They are quick and approved in minutes. FWIW
Honestly I've noticed a lot have made changes to their auto approval times in the past couple days. I fear it has to do with that huge amazon payment issue that happened the other day. A lot of requesters couldn't approve/pay when they typically would and workers were getting upset due to auto-approval times and what not. Probably figured they would change the time frame to give them a buffer in case there is a technical issue in the future. That way they aren't liable for something they've stated in their hit contract.
Would you mind only posting hits that aren't already accepted, please? Thanks. This is probably how I got so many abandoned hits when I first started turking.
