I was cursing Time Warner for yet another outage/slowdown/whatever. Did a speedtest and it had me at 2-4mbps. It's been slow all damn day. Restarted router/modem and it's now 34. Not where it's supposed to be but better than 2 or 4! No idea how some of you guys even function online at that speed. edit: although they still get the blame for everything because they suck and deserve the wrath of everything under the sun.
