Yeah that's why I went back and added it to my post. I had seen all of them, but when they got added to Prime I rewatched all of them. It really depends on what you are looking for. Deadwood is another good one. The thing with Prime is that you can watch those pretty quick and while they do have some really great originals they are pretty spread out right now. I think eventually they will have year round shows every month. I mean hell they just won the oscar for best actor and had Manchester by the sea nominated for a bunch and they have won several Golden Globes and Emmys. For me personally I like what they have, but I use my Prime for a lot more and I have Netflix. I have used Hulu, but for me its more for recent shows, because its owned by NBC Universal. If I did not have cable I think Hulu would be a must have. Keep in mind that Hulu offers a 30 day free trial every 12 months. I try to use it because they do have some older shows that Netflix doesnt have. Also Amazon has Prime for 79 bucks once or twice a year and if you are a student you can get a discount.
You can, but its extra. You can add channels to Amazon streaming but it costs the same as a Showtime sub. Edit: Here is a pretty good guide to the channels: http://www.tomsguide.com/us/amazon-channels-faq,review-4125.html

Thanx for the info. I have hulu now and added showtime on a free trial but don't really ant to pay for it after. I noticed I could get a 6 month free trial as a student on amazon and wanted to find a way to watch Billions without paying extra for showtime.
Lately I think that I've been using Hulu the most, by a pretty wide margin. I think they just rub a vocal minority the wrong way because you pay a monthly fee and still get ads. It's a pretty good service. I've watched a handful of their Hulu Originals, too, and they aren't bad. Nothing I'd write home about, but not bad.
Hey I am getting this message when I try to9 access sme pictures on a qual: Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.gilt.com/images/share/uploads/0000/0003/0280/302801013/lg.jpg?" on this server. Why?
They're two cents. There is no premium. Nonmasters is 20% and masters 25%, but there is a minimum 1 cent fee. So anything 4 cents and under is a free masters upgrade. Even if you are having 10+ people do each task, the numbers are 40% and 45%, so anything 2 cents and under is free masters upgrade. Or at least that's how I read it. https://requester.mturk.com/pricing Edit: I guess it is a tradeoff for something like this. Do you think the opinion of masters is going to be the same as non-masters? Do you think non-masters are so utterly untrustworthy that they'll click at random even on a two second task? [Or whoever put them up is simply unaware that everything is masters by default.]
btw, check those prices for the "premium qualifications". I had no idea. If you want employed male 30-35 year olds with a graduate degree and an iPhone you are shelling out 35+50+50+65+50 cents per hit even before the normal fees. Where do you think that $2.50 is going to come from? The requester finding more money, or the requester paying turkers less? Because screeners are hard.
uhhhhgggg... anyone else rejected by 'Liz'? She said I was inattentive but I absolutely was absorbed in the task and specifically recall answering the attention checks correctly.
Thats the requester, 'Liz'. I don't even know how to find her on turkopticon because so many results come up when I search 'Liz'. This was the hit btw just so you guys know, TO has tanked since I first accepted it and no reply from her yet. If I were going to steal data, I'd pick a pretty popular name that you'd never find on TO unless you hired a private investigator.
I think we're the only two who are still awake, and they banned me from starting the new thread, so you should start the new thread! Unless you passed out like a lightweight.
