It was an in-box survey. I contacted the requester. I went back to the screen and it had started me at the beginning. Bummer because I enjoyed the hit, but not enough to do it twice and get paid half as much.
I got to that blank screen but I scrolled all the way down and found the end of the survey. I wonder if you had the same problem?
