Eligibility I decided to go with the same eligibility scheme. You can only win every other hit. Meaning that if you win, you will be ineligible to accept the next hit, but you will be able to accept the one after that. That's the best way to balance fairness with availability and number of hits. Structure I took some people's (unexpected) advice and dropped the pay in favor of having more hits available. There will be 150 hits at $0.05 each, for a total of $10.50 per hit, and $94.50 for the month excluding halloween. Halloween will be its own hit. I'd like to release 150 of those as well, with pay determined by how much I have left over and in the donation pot.
