I had to click on the link that was in the sentence (instructions) rather than next to the code box. It worked fine there. The one next to the code box didn't work for me. Using Chrome too.
I found the same thing. I opened a new tab and copied in the link - it opened an initial page, but when I clicked on the "take survey" button (or whatever it was), I got an error. Now I can't even open the main page at http://www.csrppq.com/
I tried again, clicking on the link on your post and it took me to the main survey. "Take survey" took me to the survey. :shrug: Try incognito and see if that works.
