I almost quit turking when I won a free redbox DVD rental on my slurpee cup.

I was joking but also pointing out that I would prefer not to turk and that it wouldn't take much for me to quit though yes it would take more than a free DVD rental. We are living in a time where we could all live comforatably exploring our passions and such doing very little actual work to keep society flowing. We don't do this because we are stuck in an archaeic system of the imaginary value we all agree that money has. We as a species have to get off this stupid idea very quickly not just because we could all live better lives but because if we don't we aren't going to exist much longer period. Bitcoin is a prime example of just how arbitrary and stupid money is. It's always going to be manipulated by those in power to benefit them and oppress the rest of us.

It's not an archaic system of imaginary value to me, as it helps pay for my doctor bills and electric bill. When they chuck the concept of "money," let me know. Unless you want to live in a cave, it still has some uses.

I don't know anything about bitcoins, except that it's irrelevant to paying my bills.

Did anyone do the platformer game? I couldn't do it, so I quit, but I don't know how long they expected you to sit with it. Paying people only for succeeding in a game doesn't seem fair, because with other games, we're paid just for participating.

Money only has the value that society agrees that it has or I should say that those in power tell us that it should have (it's by no coincidence they have the most of what they tell is is valuable either). And of course we need it to live in society by the way the system is set up. But it's a form of slavery that isn't needed anymore and they only reason we don't abandon it and set up a better society is those that have the most like the idea of the rest of us being peasants while they possess the most power. Thanks to techonolgy we could feed house and clothe everyone on the planet and we could all live better than kings used to live a century ago. If people weren't litterally dying and unnecessarily suffering because of the greed of a handful of people keeping us on the system I'd say we could take our time and transition slowly but make no mistake people like Jeff Bezos are complete sociopaths that have no business keeping us all living like this for their own gain.

Went to Firehouse Subs for lunch. Ordered small one which I thought was half of a foot. 6" like I usually get. When I got it, it was like half of the 6 inch. Didn't know they had a new menu where you could get a 3 inch sub. I almost died of starvation eating that thing.

I know I hate it when I expect a 6 inch and get a 3. Such a disappointment. I am sorry Flora. What sub did you get?

    Anyone do this HIT?

Study on U.S. Adults' Psychology Skills Requester: Randi Doyle

It's $2 and there's no progress bar and just vague "it shouldn't take more than 60 minutes" which could mean 5 minutes or 59 minutes. So not sure if it's worth it.

I'm not "living like this." I'm supplementing my Social Security, my survey money, and my business, so I don't need to make a lot. I'm not enamored of Bezos, but no one's forcing you to turk, as you can take any other job you're qualified for.
