I have a script in Firefox that does that too. It's part of the FF MTSuite, and it's the only feature I use, because I use MTS in Chrome. Life is NOT simple.

I hate DST. By the time I go out to do chores, it's already dark. Getting dark right now at 3:48.

Originally, the purpose of DST was to give farmers a extra hour of daylight in the morning. We don't need it any more.

How is it getting dark so early? Don't you have the same time zone as me? It's 4 in Florida and it's sunny. Doesn't get dark until 5:30.

There are Canadian islands in the same time zone as you where the sun never rose today. It's a matter of how far North/South you are...

Has anyone else's HIT Scraper gone insane since it updated?

It doesn't seem to be remembering TO ratings. And since TO is slow as hell about half the time it refreshes it fails to get TO data and shows everything -- I get a screen full of ScoutIts and such, all in grey. Usually it just uses the TO numbers from before instead and I never have to see this crap that is below my threshhold.

Andreas Fugener's 50 cent Hit 373L46LKP7AW1D9NJG96MPEFIK8JKV from The University of Cologne was horrible. It took me 46 minutes to identify 103 images, but at the end it said I earned a $4.35 bonus. So if it pays it's worth the time.

It STARTS to get dark at 4. Right now, 4:47, it's totally dark. I have friends in FL who agree with you, that even in the same time zone, dusk starts later. Dunno why.

The further away you get from the equator the more fluctuation you have in daylight. In the summer time in Michigan sunset is after 10pm and sunrise is still around 6 ish so you have about 15-16 hours of daylight. In the winter it's the opposite and you have about 8-9 hours of daylight. In Baker Lake Canada the sun rose to day at 10:11 am and it set at 2:24 pm and it is currently -25 °F there.
