It did say 60 minutes. And there were threats on the HIT page about not spending enough time. Dunno if it was an idle threat or what constitutes going too fast, but I wouldn't blow through it in 12 minutes. It definitely won't take 60 though. Edit: for fun, tell them about the stressful event when requester rejected for going too fast.
I keep a timer on my desk for those, making sure I fill a lot of minutes. "Yes, you've answered the question that wins the $1 million lottery!! But you've answered too fast and you're disqualified."
