I don't know if you can keep any amount in your account. I cash out every time I get $200.00 in my account. I don't know why I picked that number except that it sounded like a good amount to transfer :D

I don't blame you. Normally I won't download any files either.

Most people advise not to keep any money in your amazon payments account because if Mturk arbitrarily suspends you, you get dicked out of that money.

I have mine transferred to a walmart money card and I think(its been a while) that if I do it in the morning its available the next day. Ill find out tomorrow. lol.

I just cashed out for the first time last night. It was about $372, I'm not sure if there is a limit. I was a little paranoid I might get rejected on those lang lab HITs so I decided to take my money out in case I got banned. The email I got says it takes about 5-7 days for it to show up in your bank account.

You should cash out every day. You never know when disaster might strike.

I've made the idea to transfer once a week, regardless of the amount in the end. So tomorrow I'll be cashing out at probably around 60 dollars if everything goes through.
I have BoA and it seems to take about 2 days to transfer.
I wouldn't leave any more than $100 in my account at a time, but you're talking to the girl who got her payments account suspended in the very beginning (thankfully before I had any more than 3 dollars in there) lol.

Lmao that's funny- scared by your own avatar! :grave:

Kay I'm sort of new here too but I've seen some posts suggesting you take out everything but like 10.00 every day just in case something happens to your account.
If there's a limit to what you can have I'm not really sure.

OMG I am hitting the rack right now! Hope everyone has a good one- see you all tomorrow. :grouphug:

Yes, you should definitely cash out often. I personally would not leave much money in there, just in case your account gets suspended or restricted for whatever reason. There are no restrictions on how many withdrawals you can make or how much you can take out. With that being said, if you withdrawal over $500 in any given month, Amazon wants a CC on file for you. I'm not sure why, but if you have made the $500 withdrawals in a month, anything approved pending payment will stay that way, instead of going to paid and being deposited into your account, until the next month unless you have a CC on file.

Am I the only one who doesn't cash out to a bank/card? I always transfer to Amazon.com gift card and then use it there to buy household stuff (toiletries, bulk food, etc.).

Did any of you do those hitts where you had to guess whether the students were dozing or awake? Were they approved quickly? Rejects?

As for as I know there isn't a limit. I usually cash out every other day (I think a lot of people due it daily, regardless of the amount they have) and it's avaliable in the bank 2 days after I make the transfer (unless it's a Friday then it's available on Monday)

I couldn't get the videos to play in the first place..even though I have Media Player, VCL, and Quicktime..it doesn't like any of them. Sounds kinda fishy to me now too.

I send 10% of my withdrawal to an Amazon GC (for stuff I want to splurge on), another 10% to my AMEX Bluebird card (for savings) and the rest to my regular checking account.
