Yes! The dashboard was a total shocker. I remember having to use Chrome Extensions to get the information that they display now! Learning how to use the extensions again is hard.

I just got rejected for this because I didn't meet the age requirement. Why wasn't I screened out then?
That sucks. They should screen you out instead of a rejection. I went in to look. In the HIT page, it does say: If you do not meet these criteria, exit out from this page. If you do not meet the criteria, even if you participate, you will not receive the reward.

It was reposted. Probably added that after your rejection. I would mention this to them. It isn't right to reject you without any information then add that later.
