    yeah the antacid survey sucked...didn't see a code either...still submitted it with the quiz results. Wait and see at this point.

    Yeah I returned the hit as well. It's not worth the risk of rejection. Plus, my answers were just absolute garbage by the time I had answered questions about chalky Tums 100 times. I think I clicked the cheapest price amount for every one of them nearly.

    You get the code by doing the 2nd part of the survey. You have to follow all the directions at the top for it.
