Not normal, but happens a lot! When that happens, I usually take a screenshot of the end and put my worker ID as the survey code before submitting. Then I email them and tell them what happened and send the screenshot.

 

I haven't updated my Dashboard for most of the day until just recently. I got excited at the number!

And then I realized I was looking at, "pending earnings..." blergh.

I beat my daily goal, but $11 more to beat my all time high. Sigh. Race is on.

 

It happens. Just email the requester and let them know what happened and give them your ID.

 

Did the HIT page ask for you to enter a code? When that happens I usually take a screenshot so I can prove to the requester there was no code, and then send them a message informing them there was no code. Sometimes it's a coding error on their part, sometimes its a fluke. If I have time left on my timer, I'll email the requester before submitting asking what to do.

 

Did it ask you to enter your AMT ID number at any point during the hit? A lot of surveys that do that don't give codes. They use the ID # to confirm the worker took the survey.

I had the same problem. They have another hit up for trouble tickets. I submitted that and let the survey expire. Hopefully they get back to me.

Take a deep breath and step back for a moment. You're acting like I posted the answer to every single question in the thread. I've seen others post about things like that before. No one jumped their bones (perhaps you were absent that day). I'm sure your rudeness is impressing the requesters.

 

So my database isn't working and I'm using chrome...anyone else having this problem? I know people with FF were having an issue.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling it? I had to do that in Chrome yesterday. It's been working today...knock on wood.
