As long as there is room for the cake to rise (or you can lower your rack) you should definitely be able to bake it in there. You'll definitely have to keep a close eye on it though, because I'm not sure how quickly they'll bake or how evenly. I think the biggest thing is making sure there is enough clearance for the head of the cake to rise.



Just saw that you're doing angel food...I've also never made angel food cake in a square pan though. I think in the case of angel food cake the cupcakes would be preferable because the cake is so delicate and needs to bake really evenly.

Yeah, I knew I sounded like a jerk. I didn't mean any harm by it though. I just saw the opportunity for luls. Searched for "condescending laugh gif".. didn't find much. Decided to opt for "big bang theory laugh gif".

Yeah, I do all my turking in solitude and with no distraction. Besides the ruckus coming from outside which usually entails domestic violence, crackheads yelling at themselves, house-rattling bass, urban youths freestyling.. (srs) But this is my home <3. Yeah, I've just never made angel food cake before. I've made cookies and stuff here, so I kind of know how the oven operates in terms of cooking/browning and whatnot, I just didn't know if that cake in that pan would work. We'll go to wally-world and get a cupcake pan I suppose. There goes all the money I made today

 

Depends how verifiable it is that they're guilty. They need a decent lawyer, and should definitely do a plea bargain if they actually did the crime and there's a decent amount of evidence of this. 3-5 for 2 charges, probably 3-5 for the third.. A plea could cut it to 3-5 total, maybe some in house arrest if it's a first offense and a good lawyer.

 

I have, but only in an angel food pan with the tube in the middle. I think that the tube pans/smaller cupcake pans allow for more even heating. AFAIK, angel food really needs since the batter is so delicate. I could be wrong about the square pan...I just don't think it would turn out the same :-/
