With that previous Felony hes probably looking at more than a year. He may only do a year but my guess is that the sentence will be way more that that. If hes lucky they will roll it into one Felony and drop the Misc, but I wouldnt count on it. My advice is get the best attorney that you can get, but unless he rolls on someone hes looking at time. There are many variables such as where he lives and how well hes known but if you get a **** prosecutor or a bad lawyer he could do some serious time, 3 Felonies is pretty hardcore. If he was in my town he would be looking at at least 10K probably 15K in attorneys fees to get the best.
