By "new layout", are you talking about the one you're seeing tonight? Because that's the old, original one. The one we've been seeing for the past month or two with the colored buttons is the new layout. AFAIK, they have not said anything about why we're seeing the old layout again tonight. But it sucks. Something weird is going on over there, though. They're posting stuff for Masters tonight, stuff with no quals, etc.

Fwiw, the last time that totw was buggin out and posting weird stuff late at night, they posted a big batch of the normal stuff the following afternoon.
