I don't think that's true at all there are a lot of masters here. They may post less. Most people are looking for nonmasters hits just because since most turkers are nonmasters most members here are so not a lot of masters hits get posted.
The newer masters haven't left yet because they are still noobs. But a lot of masters hits don't even get posted... I think it's a natural progression to start moving away from the forum as ones skill increases. We learn to rely more on ourselves and less on others... you make more money when you remove the middle man and start finding the hits yourself. People with more experience may stick around for the company and for the occasional hit they might have missed in their own searches... but I think that is just kind of the way it is, even for people who aren't masters.
I have been on the road since early morning so I'm just now trying to catch up. Did any of our people get Master's today?

I disagree with the sentiment here. I got Masters about a month ago, and have been turking since 2006. I have no plans to leave. The value of this this place goes well beyond finding HITs. It's about the discussion of the HITs. TO is often behind the times as to whether a HIT or requester is good or bad, particularly for newer stuff, and this forum is often a much better benchmark of finding out whether a requester is worth working for, whether a HIT is worth taking a risk on, and what the best strategies might be to approaching those HITs. It's much better to have people to bounce stuff off of than to work in a vacuum.
Uh oh. Do you know how many of them you've done? I've been knocking these out off and on all day, don't really want to run out.
