That does help, and plenty of water. Two juice manufacturers I recommend are Moon Mountain Vapor and Fuzion Vapor if you like fruity flavors. I am sure they have good creamy too but haven't tried them. Specifically Unicorn blood from Fuzion, tastes just like tropical punch kool-aid lol and I'm really digging orbital decay from Moon mountain, smells like watermelon but tastes just like original flavored bubble gum. Yum.
