That's so sweet though. My baby is almost 6 months old. Oh and you guys aren't the "other woman" I promise lol I just started really turking in the last month since I don't have to have a quiet environment to do it (kinda hard with a baby lol) so I didn't even know about this place until I saw someone mention it on the work at home forum I am on for other stuff
It also asks you at the bottom of the hit whether you want to be invited to their workforce. Check that and then they'll send you an email you can confirm.
They sent me an email with login details for their work force site. Do enough of their keyword hits and they'll likely send you one.
Somewhere there is a photo of me working at my desk with an infant sleeping on a folded blanket in the gap between the keyboard and monitor
I'll be a daily visitor here. Got started with mturk a week or so ago in my spare time. $35 in a week for barely putting much time into it isn't bad at all. Anyway, thanks for the good HITs you guys always post.
Glad to have you here! It is always nice to have another member on the forum! Those numbers will keep going up and up!
This may not be the right place to put this, but I have many hits approved that are "payment pending" I assume they differ, but how long do I have to wait?
Are you still a new worker? You need 10 days of work on MTurk before they release your money. My approved hits stayed in "payment pending" status until the 10th day and they all changed to "paid" by the next morning.
Thanks! =] I just hit the 10 day mark, and mine is releasing in random spurts. Random HITs from every day are going from pending to paid, some are even paid I completed today but not on day 1, and they are from the same requester. So not really sure how it is working at the moment.
Yes, I am a new worker thanks for your answers. Good thing I don't need the money now! I was just interested in doing some early holiday shopping. I have plenty of time.
Yeah, that limit was a pain. Especially if I was getting into the flow of a batch of HITs and then BAM, no more for the day.
Don't know if you guys have seen this yet. Requester: Thomas J. Leeper "20 minute" survey for .75 but I blew right through it in under 10.
