that is different than posting personal info.. but i get your point.. whether or not they would investigate publishing info is one thing.. but they do have a right to do so and to suspend an account... i posted in a different thread some time ago that i wish there was a way to delete submitted work once word got out a requester was mass rejecting..
that was a doozie for me. took a long time but pay was worth it. I am going on a smoke break after that...

The SUG game only has low ratings because of the wait time. If we can get this going it could be promising. Ratings say nothing about rejections.

Anyone doing those 15 cent CrowdFlower HITS (Classify Promotions) or have any experience with them? I'm at over $17 for the day mostly due to this batch, but don't want to continue if I am going to be burned.
No note, nothing. I've only ever been blocked twice (RnR when I was new to turking and Garth a few days ago.... so it follows that it was the everpix HIT guys. Or at least it does in my book....) Meh, I emailed Amazon, Garth, and the Everpix dudes, more than once about these things... and now I have nothing left to do but clean and wait. Waiting sucks, but I will do it if it means getting my account back. No, I miss all the fun things!

Im pretty sure that account is used for luring people into that game. Look at their age and # of posts. You can click their name and choose add to ignore list.
I did that one it was fun, time consuming but fun. It's worth doing on a slow day when you don't have much else going on.
I have been turking since August 17,2012 and something weird just happened. Today when i logged in i got the following message, We have noticed possible irregular activities with your account. Worker Account Halted for 5 minutes Your account has been temporarily halted. This can happen when you repeatedly perform actions that indicate you are not abiding by the Participation Agreement. A halted account is unable to preview, accept, resume, or submit HITs. This halt will be automatically lifted by the system after 5 minutes. Can anyone please tell me why this happened?
I'm just going to give my two cents, after reading today's thread, I really think that we should monitor what we say and how we say it. But only because I feel that there are people here policing us, and by people, I mean fellow turkers. This is a forum, it should be free for us to speak what is on our minds, even if that includes some banter. I've done it, I've been at fault, lots of times. I personally was against this thread being a discussion thread. I kept saying it should be just for Hits, like RWStein wanted, who has disappeared, but I had no choice and I adapted. That's life. But to think that what we speak here is being told to Amazon really upsets me. Yes, I know they can come to the site and read but to actually call is something else. I don't know the full details but I can't imagine what was so bad that someone felt the need to contact Amazon. A lot of you are awesome but I think we need to leave our morals and ethics at home and not pick fights every time someone does something we disapprove with. If you want to bicker, expect to get poked. For those of us who at times don't care to be a part of a quarrel, just read on to the next post, till you find what you are looking for and stop shouting for people to be banned or to shut up. Just save your energy. And for those of us who like bringing out the pitchforks just be careful, it is a public forum and the consequences may not be worth it.
How are you doing this? What email address? I want to email and check out my rap sheet. I know of no hard blocks but sometimes, I'll try to accept a HIT and I get the message, "This requester has prevented you from doing any HITS...." All these suspensions and blocks makes me nervous.
