Alright people, approx 2500 HITs are up that require the Medical Information qual. I will not be putting up a qual right now. Enjoy! ~ Mark L.
I was all set to enjoy...but these are rather aggravating. (I know it's totally not you....just letting you know...) None of the ones I've looked at have any hospital info, and only ONE has had doctor info. I returned most of the ones I've looked at- but I submitted a couple with links of where the info isn't and what IS there with notes for you. So I didn't feel like I wasted all my time. =-( I think maybe the nature of this kind of office sees a lot of doctors come and go, and it isn't time/money conscientious to pay someone to constantly have to change doctor information pages...
Hi, Mark - Yeah, what JenniLeigh said. I'm just not sure of your expectations here. The few I've done so far are for locations in large urgent care networks that don't provide Dr. names and have no hospital affiliations. They are what they are, but still make me nervous. I've been including comments that reflect that a location seems to be part of a large network with no hospital affiliation. Should I keep doing that? Thanks.
Hey All, I appreciate your concerns and communication regarding this HIT. I should have made some note within the HIT that not all sites will have this information. While I will openly agree with you that it is not time/money efficient, this is what upper management is asking for us to find. I myself, and my co-worker incharge of this area of information, agree that this batch will not return as much information as the last few have. Do not let this slow you down. Please continue to work through these. I honestly estimate that ~30% of sites could have this information, and that would be generous I think. Working on this should not affect your score or rejections or anything like that. If for any reason it does (which like i said, it shouldnt) I will have no problem reversing it, as I have done in the past. Thank you, ~ Mark L.
Thanks so much! I'll continue to go about what I'm doing then. =-) Glad you understand the info isn't here! That really settles my brain. Thanks for being so great at communicating with us!
Thanks, that really helps. Of course, I've got some more questions! I have a location of a 4-facility urgent care network. The staff page just shows staff for all, without differentiating between locations. Am I correct in assuming that you want them all? Also, the staff page lists not only the Drs, but also RPA-C's. Do you want them as well? Or any other non-physician staff listed on a staff page?
I have one now with the same situation. It is a network of 12 urgent care centers. They have a page with all the doctors names but dont tell you which centers they work at. What should we do in this case?
Haha, no problem at all Kris. If they do not differentiate thats fine, just pull in all the names like you said. As for the other staff, to help make things move more smoothly, just pull in the doctors (those with titles such as MD, DO, DMD, DDS, etc etc). Or obviously, if Dr. precedes their name. Thanks! ~ Mark L.
Mark, I have a question for you. Everyone from the qualification batch gets graded or just the ones who qualify to work on the future batch? My question is about the "medical url" qualification
Only those who completed 10 or more will get graded. Otherwise enough haven't been done for a score to have been generated. If you need any further clarification specific to your score or the HITs you did please email me. Thanks! ~ Mark L.
As per this instruction Copy and Paste each name into the field separated by a pipe "|" (no quotes). So if I copy a list of the doctor names I have to go back and put a | in between them? What if the list is vertical?
Good question, if the names come in a list, feel free to paste them as they are if it pastes cleanly. ~ Mark L.
Will you posting a qual batch for the Collect Even More Additional Medical Practice Information From A Website Using The URL Provided hits? I just got the URL qual the other night and now Im itching for this ones as well. Thanks Keep up the good work.
I had the same issue. Did a ton of work only to receive that error. I returned the HIT and don't think I'm going to do anymore from this batch.
