smartsheet is ok, but it seems like sometimes i'll do hits all week for them, they'll pay the ones for the day before but the ones from earlier in the week, or farther back, are still pending...
Never had a probably with Smartsheet, most of my hits have been with them. To each his (or her) own though.
Not sure but I think Smartsheet has different clients for different hits so it might be because of how long the client takes to approve?
Yep that's why I've also never had a Smartsheet rejection and i've done a LOT of their HITs like 500+
I would bake Smartsheet a cake if I could. I would bake y'all a cake if I could. ...I want to bake a fucking cake.
I assume live content means that the site is up and active. Just go to the website and see if you can open it.
One review he had was that he took too long to pay, and the other was that the pay wasn't good for the work. They didn't scare me enough to not do those hits. I do realize it was very, very, very, very dumb for me to do that many now. Usually I try to be cautious, but last night I wasn't and I'm sure as hell paying for it now. I can't even do tagasuaris hits LOL!!
like you all know they are different clients, so a risk is always associated with it. The worker-requester communication won't work very well with them. Let it be clarification on instructions or mass rejections, you won't have a direct line with the clients. All the work I've done for them till now went through auto approval. Some set it to 1 day and the others 1 week.
Hey, He really didn't have much of a TO and the task as I'm sure you've read it clear in that it's subjective opinion, no right or wrong, complete - that's it. I mean it did take a touch more brain power than SET masters, just barely. So, I figured why not.
Do Crowdflower if you can. They auto approve in 24 hours. The Hurricane one's are really easy and fast and you can do a few if you can get through the accuracy questions.
There is probably some clause in the mturk TOS that states they can reject for any reason or no reason at all.
I read somewhere on mturk that rejecting hurts the requestors aswell. Do they have a rating system too?
Hi Thanks, I was busy sending 75 replies out of 311 rejects to Mr. Name It. Um, I have 3453 approved and 362 rejected with 120 waiting (they'll clear), but I do most of my work through SpeechInk and now I'm gonna be in real trouble getting work at 90.5% -UGH...any idea how many hits I'll need to get up to at least 98%? Much appreciated. -K
okay, finished the first run through of the transcription with an hour and a half to spare... time to take a short break, my neck is killing me... and you guys killed off the smartsheet hits... just as well, i still haven't gotten approved or paid from the batch a week ago on 'is this a flooring company's website'... EDIT: nevermind, they just paid today, probably while they were putting up the new batch... but it took 8 days in total...
Hate to be the bearer of bad news... but to get back to a 98, you're gonna need about 14k hits approved. total, not added on to the 3k+ you already have.
