Since you know amazon's algo you should try to minimize the luck involved and at least fulfill the first two requirements. In poker the great players acknowledge luck plays a big part, never go on emotional tilt (which you may be doing), and reduce luck's involvement by focusing on the other elements involved (strategy, reading ability, etc) in being a winning player
I've done quite about 100 probably of those research projects and haven't received any rejects, and I've experimented with types of sentences i.e. some that just gave a description of what was in the illustration and others where I used a bit of imagination to create a narrative as I sometimes found that easier than just describing what was in the photo.
Remember those really awesome Research Project hits with the different tourist photos? I miss that easy money. Every time I see them pop up, I get excited, and it's those damn children's story ones. Still under a dollar projected today; but aside from things I need to buy with what I learned from hotel hits, I'm ready for baby (who will be here by Wednesday night!) I'm pretty tired though. Not sure I want to scrounge for penny hits. I was just going to start, and then my toddler came out. Just my luck she climbs out of her crib for the first time TWO AND HALF DAYS BEFORE NEW BABY! Dammit all.
I already have those 2 requirements. Yes I understand poker. The best players never get emotional? Have you ever seen Phil Hellmuth lol?
So the fact that you have them might indicate to you there are more involved (volume, variety, consistency, etc). I meant to say most great and usually never, Phil's the exception to many rules
Nope getting masters is luck after the first 2. Poker is not the same as getting masters. Poker requires skill. Getting Masters is luck. There are people that get Masters with not so good stats. Some of them take a couple years to get up to 5K and still get Masters. People that haven't turked for months get Masters. People that do hits for just a few requesters get Masters. It's all luck getting Masters after the first 2 requirements.
Everyone knows Amazon's algorithm. "It's completely random" ...because it's too hard for most people here to comprehend that algorithms can weigh a variety of factors, and weigh the probability of a given person getting it by their "score". And it's just convenient. Like saying that Google's search algo is "random". (Nevermind that it's unknown if there's a 100% completely random algorithm that works on non-quantum computers...)
Yep 3 of those were submitted/approved. Thats a given because some masters might get a mass reject and go below 99%. The less then 5000 one, 1 out of 3 were submitted and approved. I left the hits up for 7 days, a dollar to enter your favorite word so it was fairly lucrative
The blue bus is stopped on the street. The blue bus is waiting in the depot. etc etc etc etc etc. Mindless for me.
LOL if requesters put 10K approved 99% approval rating they're getting higher quality turkers than just selecting Masters. Imagine that.
Would this happen to be it I make this all the time and its so good! http://www.kevinandamanda.com/recipes/dinner/spicy-sausage-pasta.html#_a5y_p=668423
After my kid throws an all out autistic meltdown that probably made the neighbors think I was beating him... is not the time to do the "How are you feeling right now" parts of surveys. I need a freaking padded room. Thank god these are rare...
