Rat tail identification? A fine art, and I am an artist. Actually I thought the object was a length of wire or something...until I picked it up. Gag. Clearly too big to be a mouse tail, even a computer mouse tail. Not a snake( this is Texas, after all). Had to be a rat part. And I've seen them before. A cat will catch a rodent repast and consume all of it but the tail, nose and whiskers. ( and then probably regurgitate the rest in some unexpected location.)... Rat snack, anyone? I might not finish this tuna sandwich, after all.
