Well, it isn't exactly going to tell me that tests were taken. But I have a list 7,200 quals that have test. Nobody wants to take them all. If i take all of Person X's quals and run that against the 7200 then i at least narrow down the 7,200 to a list that Person X has and maybe those are worth taking. Do that with 5 or 10 people and maybe there is a list of quals worth taking the test for. Edit: but really my whole effort is not about the 7200 from the past. To me the value is being able to see any new tests added every day.
