I held onto it. Emailed them. Got reply quickly. Set up another HIT for me to accept and it worked. He's great! But now I'm in fear of returning the last one I had that might lock up the current one. I should do the new one first then return the old. He said yes returning those type of HITs will lock you out.
I did it yesterday and took me about 90 minutes. I like to do a thorough job, so I'm sure it's possible to do faster.

Time varies. There is a lot of reading. Took Paleface 90 min, other mentioned 20 min. I'm taking breaks so I can't give accurate time. I think it's worth it.
Not scary at all. There is a lot of reading. I found it very interesting. Took my time (90 min.) and tried to do a thorough job. I did mine yesterday evening and it's approved. Not everyone will be invited back.
yeah... some are real jerks. one day i did a 65 minutes survey for $1 ... i felt so stupid after that, the bar was close to the end, i was just saying "one more page and i`m done" some requesters just dont give a shit about workers

I like those type of HITs, judge distance of the balls, weight or where it will bounce to. I think those are fun. I did this one last year. Don't think I can take it again. TO says 10-15 min. EDIT: Sent message. Said I could take it. Slightly different. I did it without breaks. Took about an hour and forty-five minutes. And now I'm worried I wasn't thorough enough in my reasoning.
Related: The reason I get suspended/banned from other forums IS I have the hard stance of "fuck the requestors" and always put workers first.Sure, do their work if it pays well, but realize they have all the power to screw you over at any given moment and don't give 3 fucks if you starve. To be crass about it, some people really like ball licking(sucking up) while I have no problem ball busting, IF I get the slightest hint of a requestor being a shitlord. PS: Plz don't ban me Flora
I feel the same way. Though I have come to realize not all the scammers on mturk are requesters, the requesters have all the power. They can block the people who scam them, soft or hard, while all we can do is block them from our sight, usually after it's too late.
Oh I'm just as hard on worker scammers. There was one(can't remember his name) from the old forum that was working on his own and his wife's account and was even botting URL searches for 10 cents each. He got busted by someone and people shit on him(including me) HARD. There's an Anime saying called "Tia frayley" which means "You earn what you work for" that applies here.
what do you mean by "scammers" ? people who are using scripts and stuff? cause i use scripts (not bots or anything that does the work for me)
