Since the last two days, a number of surveys are not giving out the completion code or have malfunctioning submit buttons. Numerous mails to the reuqesters have gone unanswered. I have had to return hits after doing them. It totals up to $3 odd.

There are too many to name. I haven't kept track.

Either a whole bunch of rats invaded turk or they are new and unfamiliar with the interface.

Be cautious when you are doing surveys paying 10 cents or more.

I did three, totaling $1.80. None are showing up in my Dashboard. I've started to keep a screenshot of hits if they are not from the "regular" requesters.

I am so glad to see this thread and know I'm not alone in this. Today I had two in a row, one from Moral Cognition Lab and the other from Leslie Rill. I returned both HITs and sent them messages, but it is beyond frustrating.

This happens when either the script of the hit is not properly coded or the requestor is a scammer which proves to be true in most of the cases. But some of them do reply with their apology when there is a error in their hit . Try mailing them when such errors are encountered or simply just report the hit

I haven't returned the hit. I still have it with me hoping for a mail. They haven't responded to the mails. I think they are scammers.

That won't solve the problem. You would have already done their hit and they would have got what they needed.

    Its so frustrating.

I didn't expect so many low ballers in mturk. I knew there were some incests. But the number is overwhelming.

Moral Cognition Lab is legit, but the problem is when multiple students are using one Requester account to post their research. A newer student my not correctly code their survey, and that's where the problem lies.

I've done four psych surveys for them in the past, and they're pretty interesting. The pay isn't all that great but the content makes up for it.

Damn that's sad to hear. Anyways, I will be careful with those guys around.

The last thing I want is to work for free for someone.

    Hit Name-Techonology and Education
    Requester- YARELI RIVAS MARAVILLA
    10 cents

    Another broken survey.

This time I didn't accept it. Wanted to test it out.

The survey is broken. If I choose an answer, the answer to the previous question gets unselected.

I don't do surveys I did it once and I think it was some kind of smart scam which reject you automatically right after you finish with some stupid reasons

I think I saw some surveys that have only one hit with a good payment and it still there to scam workers !!!!

    so be careful guys

FYI, surveys are the cash cow. Not doing surveys is killing my income.
