problem for enrolling indian money

    hi i have been submitting my id proof three times but i get the same reply all the three times

    "Thanks for your recent ID submission. After reviewing your information, I see that the ID name you submitted does not match the name on your account address. The name associated with your account address must match the given name on your ID."
    I changed my name using account settings but still i get the same reply.

    someone guide me how to do it.

    R u sure the the name on your amazon account matches exactly with that on the ID proof u submitted ?

    Did u type the name exactly as it is on the Amazon account settings page ?

    Finally my proof verification process over and nw i enrolled for withdrawal.

    hi sajeed check the name in the mturk page right corner near account settings , that name should be same as ur id proof name. That could be changed using the option change your name, email and password.

    i used my passport as a proof, i changed my name as given name(my name) and surname(fathers name) . i altered both names ie the username of mturk and the name with the address.
    i got approved and nw i enrolled for indian money too.

    It wud have been far better if u gav ur pan card, or electoral card insted of passport...The least u want is someone having your passport details.Anyways let it be :)
