Sorry I have no idea. You could try installing Mturk Suite to use for the time being, until you can get the other programs working.
Have you tried MTurk Suite? It has by far been the best tool I've ever used and don't really need any other stuff beyond the dashboard upgrade.

Here's a handy tip to those of you who wish they had a delete all HITs from the HIT catcher option. Start all the HITs you want to keep. Then right click and "inspect" which will open up the window. Turk has been slow this week. I signed up for paidviewpoint and oneopinion, anyone have experience with either? both seems kind of crappy, but trying to fill time between hits on mturk. I will say i did one qualification survey on oneopinion and got invited to a 3 day survey for $25 amazon gc, so that was pretty good.
