I did this requestor's Elie Bursztein survey on Habits Survey for .75, it seemed easy enough. It says, "There are no correct answers and we want to know what you think." Went through the questions & submitted it. Bam, within 10 min I was rejected. Reason: Incorrect question placed in. No clue what that means. There wasn't an option to 'write' a question. Anyone have this same problem?
She mostly has good reviews-until the past 2 days of course. I would contact her- It sounds like a system issue if it is happening to so many.
woah I was just about to take her survey, but I took another one instead before hers. Let me know if she contacts back but for now I'm clearing away from her.
Sent her message too. By the way I googled that name and it's a guy. If that's the same person I don't know but apparently under that very name is a guy... hmm...
I just heard on another forum that someone that was rejected from this requester received notice that it was a mistake. They were paid in a bonus but the rejection is still there because the requester did not know how to reverse it. If you all have written the requester and told that they cannot reverse the rejection you may want to point them to this url... http://docs.amazonwebservices.com/A...rence_ApproveRejectedAssignmentOperation.html
That's not good. You still have the rejection on your record. Maybe you guys should call the labor board about this one! In all seriousness, they CAN reverse a rejection. All it takes is the workers ID, the HIT ID and some passwords sent to Amazon. It takes a few days but can definitely be done. I would contact them and let them know that your rejection rate is your lifeline. At least they are responsive.
I got the same message about getting the bonus but cannot reverse the rejection. What is everyone going to do about that? Email the requestor or Amazon and forward the requestor's message to them?
To get a rejection reversed the requester will have to contact the Mturk team regarding the issue and get it rectified themselves
Send them the link referenced on the page before Flora- someone posted a link to send to the requester on how to get a rejection reversed- Only the requester can reverse it and ask Amazon too- Amazon won't reverse it for you- Only the requester can- Might be a good idea for them to do it also so they don't have such bad TO ratings.
