I am from India and occasionally do Oscar Smith and I am even one of his trusted worker (5 cents HIT) with a score 96%. Everybody says Oscar puts up huge volume in his batches and whenever I see, it is only available in small numbers (under 100s or so)... May be the Indian standard time difference is the reason... I want to know when does huge numbers of Oscar Hits are available in Indian Standard Time (IST) ? This would be useful for me to schedule my working hours on Mturk, if possible. This might sound to be amateurish but still try to help me friends...
Oscar smith posted large number of hits in midnight only. That is After 12AM to 5AM. They post maximum 800 hits to 900 hits.
You get Oscar Smith hits all day but in the evening after 7pm they start showing up more in numbers. Daytime you will get only a few. Try searching them after 7pm or 8pm everyday. Huge number of hits are available at night after 11pm.
Stay awake at night after 1pm if you want to do Oscar hits. They come in the 1000+ range at that time. But I don't do his hits anymore. He is a clown and will squeeze the juice out of you for crap pay.
He's not worth your time, I'd steer clear. I know HITs for Indian workers are limited, but even so Oscar isn't worth your time. I'm sure some of the veteran Indian workers (like Abraham ^^^) can steer you in the right direction if you're having trouble finding worthwhile hits to work on.
