I had something annoying happen yesterday. There was a HIT that excluded anyone who had a certain qualification. I used the search function and the qualification came up as one I did not have so I completed the HIT. It was rejected. I went back and checked by scrolling through qualifications I have and there it was. I messed around with searching other qualifications I have and some come up as granted and others don't. Why is that?
