Hi, Any one please help me regarding this. I applied for mturk cheque in Indian rupees on feb 13. But till date i did not receive any cheque. I have mailed to the customer care and they replied that they will re-issue another cheque which takes another two months to receive. For one cheque they are taking 4 months. What an worst service they are providing.... Any one please help me ...is there any other source to get money faster. Any indians please help me........
No there is no other way now that you have requested the money via cheque. You will just have to wait for it to arrive. In future you might want to consider using the money via a gift certificate, that's the only other option you have when you are in India.
help by an indian Hi, there. I am working in Hits from 07/02/10. till now I requested 3 cheques from mturk. 1st cheque 22/feb. but I received only 2nd and 3rd cheques within 15 days respectively. I shocked regarding 1st cheque and contacted 3 times. they responded instantly and mentioned clearly that I have to wait for 8 weeks mean till April 20. after that they will start the investigation regarding same. rest assured my friend. and keep work and after requested the payment please watchout your house mailbox(they are charging $4 for peocessing fee, but sending through ordinary mail. even my cheques also laid in the mail box anonymously).so rest assured as me. bye!
Beware of useless mturk m turk is providing worst service.....my first cheque failed to receive. Then They issued new cheque and that is also not received . i have waited for two months and they are telling simply they will re issue another cheque. This is full of fraud .......slowly every one have the same problem.... Please don't waste your time with useless m turk....I have lost Rs 15000/- and wasted lot of time....
I still wonder why a reputed company like Amazon cannot pay via Paypal. Gift cheques are ok, but often what we may want to buy from Amazon involves a lot of shipping charges. Payments that are sent via cheques to Indians take a very long time.
You are right my friend. This site hates Indians and we make a fool of ourselves by falling prey to this site. I have had a real bad experience of this site. I have lost almost $440, as my account is suspended without any reason. They are real cheaters and I hate them really. Please anyone new on Mturk, don't keep a lot of balance here on Mturk always withdraw and try and be safe. As there is a possibility for Indians like me to get fooled by them. PLEASE DON'T LET THEM MAKE YOU A FOOL. You will not be paid for youre genuine work. Indians beware I know how it feels to lose money, but the site is a real cheat and it is best for new comers to stay away from it.
