You don't need to do anything. They will pay you bonus if they like your work and that will appear on "Bonuses" section on your dashboard. If you are interested in knowing who paid you the bonus look for somewhere else on this forum where you will find the info on how to find it (I think "Scripts" section).

I received 3 checks till now without any issues. It took around 15 to 20 days for me to actually see the amount in my bank account from the date I requested withdraw from mturk (around 10 days to get check and 5 days to bank clearance). As these checks are coming through Indian Postal Service, it all depends how efficient is postal service in your area. Keep watch on your mails regularly once you make withdraw request and if required pay some tips to your postman and ask him to deliver your letter at your doorstep and not dump into common mailbox if you have one, that's what I can suggest
