My account was suddenly suspended without any explanation. I contacted them immediately, then I got email the next day telling me that I created 2 accounts with same emails, names, postal address but different password. I then realized that last year I opened an amazon account but opened another a/c in mturk this year with a different password. However, the admin was kind enough to give me back my a/c and now I am working again and I already made a good amount. My Advice: If you already have amazon a/c use that same a/c for mturk; do not created another one for mturk if not you get suspended. Luckily, the could give me back my a/c only because I used same name, email and postal address. If two different emails are used an a/c gets suspended forever.
who did u contact??? can u give me the username of the mod? my account got suspended today, i dont know why, but i am sure its because of the multiple accounts.
dietydevil, I contacted the mturk admin and requested them to give me back my a/c. If your email is identical for both your a/cs they will give you back but if your emails are different for both a/cs they will not give you back.
