Thanking you Riazam...... Keep rocking........ Your postings will be a good way for to new turkers..................
Yeah, my turkalert stopped sending me mails at some point although it's properly set up to mail me.. Also, as a side-note, why do you feel the need to add bro/sis after names? Is that some kind of Indian thing?
Hi riazji, even i have registered with turkalert moths before.I have not received a single email when my favorite hits are posted.I have added the requestor ids correctly.I wrote a mail to the founder regarding this issue, but there was no reply from him.Do u and other friends here receive alerts?.Or should i donate the developer for this?.Guys help me as iam missing some of my favorite hits...Thanks in advance......
You probably didn't subscribe to the guys, check this out: you will notice some of the requesters on there have a green check circle, that means i'll get mails when they post HITs, to get that you need to click on the little envelope on the right side that has the green plus on it. Then, to unsubscribe you will have to click the red minus circle. Another option would be you getting the mails in your spam folder, to avoid that you should add alerts@turkalert.com to your contacts list.
I don't hate you. I hold nothing against you. But, yes, your posts do annoy me. When you address someone, address them by their name or don't use any at all. You might use bro/sis or whatever in your everyday life to address people you know. That is fine. But when you post here, try to keep it neutral. You have people from different parts of the world here. They won't get you for nuts. After a while, it gets on to anyone's nerves. They won't understand a thing. To top it, whichever thread they open, they find your post. How would you like if I start posting in either Kannada or Marathi or Tamil? And, don't post just for the sake of posting. Someone posts, "I figured it out" and you post, "Ok..Fine..Good..Happy for you". Don't do that. I appreciate your zeal to help others. I really do. Don't go overboard and make a fool out of yourself. Posts like those don't add any value and the thread runs to pages. Pick any thread, half the posts are likely to be from you. And please stop posting...like..this.... Take your time and post it in the right manner. Mind your grammar. I understand English is not our first language and not everyone is proficient. But that doesn't stop you from trying, right? *This is not a rant. Take it as a well meaning advice and constructive criticism. No offence meant*
Hi Govind, I am getting alerts from TurkAlert. You will have to make sure that you followed this or not
