You are given a set of choices. You need to choose the one which offers most value. See the score for each attribute,decide which is the best among the lot and select that. If your choice matches that chosen by the requester, you get a bonus of .15cents for that round. The bonus is chosen randomly from how many ever rounds are there.
Hi, I have done the above HIT. I have been paid $0.10 for participating in the HIT and $0.25 as bonus. This HIT is to find how quickly one takes good decision. There will be 15 rounds and time duration will be 3 minutes each. One has to decide which is the best item among 15 items displayed, based on the points given for each category/features (There will be 7 categories / features). Each round there will be bonus. Once you complete 15 rounds, bonus will be paid based on any 2 rounds as decided by the requester.

Hit can be done once, no screen shots. You just need to identify the one which has the highest value among those given. There is no hard and fast rule to determine which is the best. Just look through it. I see through the data and usually choose the 3rd or 4th highest attribute. This will have a good balanced value overall.
