Do a search for the requester you are wanting to track. Bring the Page Monitor drop down up and click "monitor this page". You're done. You can open the settings to rename the search to keep things clear and also change the time interval that it checks the page. There are other settings too, like a nice rooster sound for when your page changes. Hope that helps.

Mine said about 13:30 when finished, but it got annoying really fast. It was worth it in the end though.
That's it. You have to keep Chrome open, but you don't have to stay on the page being monitored. If your speakers are loud enough it will even serve as a nice wake up call.
