Please post the customer service number of amazon mturk, regarding the payouts of payment
Did you try contacting them through the form on their website first? If so and they didn't reply within a few days, you can try the following phone numbers:
+1 206 346-2992 or +1 206 266-2992
Keep in mind that Amazon doesn't have a special phone number for Mechanical Turk support. The person who helps you will be a general support person who will probably just read you the Help page from the Mechanical Turk website. You can almost always get better support through email, so you might be better off trying to use the contact form again.
withdraw earnings from suspended mturk account
First of all, if you can help in anyway please do help because I had $245.73 in my account, please note that I am not USA based worker, I am an Indian worker turking since 2012.
Today(07/10/2013) morning (5.45 am) when I logged in to my Mturk account, suddenly, I saw message as below:
"Your request was not completed successfully.
This account has been suspended by the Amazon Mechanical Turk team."
I immediately logged in to the email account I used to signup with Mturk and there was no mail stating my account suspension, I checked if I can withdraw money, but no, they've disabled that option too.
Now, my question is : did Mturk put suspension in error? I already contacted them to clarify on this issue.
If I don't get reinstated, will I get my money in Indian rupees?
please guide me.(firstname.lastname@example.org)

If You make withdraw then transaction id will be generated. Mturk will send checks for transaction id generated. If any funds remain in account at times of suspension then they will be forfeited. Forgot about those funds.
I think your account is Name changed before verification, That is why these days mturk suspending many indian accounts which are name changed before verification. For more clarity you can compare the names in mturk.com and payments.amazon.com at top of the page. If both the names are similar then your account is genuine one and you may suspended because of Blocks or complaints from requester for poor quality of work.

i think if you just email them enough with a forceful enough tone theyll listen to you like dont insult them or anything just let them know you are pissed....they really do have the power to do anything... the key is making them see you have a lot free time and will use it to blow up their customer service reps inboxes
This is faizal from India. My account has been suspended due to the name change scenario as you mentioned in your reply. I wrote many emails to the support team. They replied for the first two support ticket. After that I didn't get any replies from them. As the user "allhailthundercleese" said in this forum comments, I wrote mails with force since am actually pissed off. So my words were harsh. Can you please advice me on how to solve this problem.
