When you mention the black squares, are you speaking of the photos that have a black banner on the top and bottom of the photo? It seemed like quite a few were like that; so I wasn't sure if that's what you meant?

I never had any black or blank squares myself, but I'm sure he didn't mean the black bars as those are often just widescreen video screenshots.

 

No, I mean just an all black image with no picture. It is most likely an attention check. I only saw 3 in over 200 done today.

Second thing, the "fun" thing I've been leading up to.

TO is nice, PandA'ing links is great, Scraper is down right amazing...but the forum has definitely made me more money than anything. My work PC sucks and scraper slows it down so I can't run it all the time.

On to the point, each week, I'll have a HIT posted up called Pick 3. I plan to post it every Sunday and it will stay up until Friday night/Saturday (whenever it expires between that time.) I will draw the numbers on Saturday and post on the forums. If you win, I'll post a HIT for you where I can bonus you the money.

If you have the qual (and I feel like I've given ample time for anyone to get it or message me about it,) you simply accept the HIT and choose 3 numbers 0-9. It's a lottery "Pick 3."

I'm using a random number generator to draw the numbers and duplicate numbers are completely possible (ie. the drawn numbers could be 1-4-5 or 3-3-3.)

In order to win, you have to get the numbers in the exact order. If we go some absurd amount of time without a winner, I may make it so have 2 numbers in exact order wins something but that's down the road.

Now, back to how the forum has made me more money than I could possibly count. I'm usually pretty good about posting what I earn each week (from the email we get every Sunday.)

I'm going to put 2% of what I earn each week (rounded to the nearest dollar,) to the lottery pot. My typical week is usually around $150 minimum and probably closer to $200 average. It's not much, but the pot should grow $3-5 each week.

One thing I do want to note is that if you win, I'm going to deduct the Amazon fee (to transfer the bonus money) from the winnings. I'm posting 150 lottery HIT's each week and it's costing me $.75 each time I do so I'm going to pinch a few pennies there (and if the pot gets large, Amazon will rape my funds.)

I'm going to start it off this week even though it's short notice. I'm going to start the pot off at $5 and it will grow from there if no one wins. You don't have long to do the HIT since it expires tomorrow around 10 pm so spread the word to everyone.

If for any reason anyone else wants to pitch in/contribute, feel free. You don't need to and I certainly don't expect you to but I'm throwing that option on the table. THIS WILL BE A WEEKLY THING. IF SOMEONE WINS, WE START BACK AT $5
