Ok. Makes sense. I have no idea where cocobean lives, so I also have no idea how long they will be in transit.
YES , my next HIT will be that you have to make a vid of yourself singing and dancing to Shiny Happy People... I AM EVIL...
I had some gorrrrgeous coral poppies last year, but not that specific kind. I'd like to plant some again, one day, in a different location. Southern California summers are brutal these days, and a lot of my backyard gets full sun, all day. I've also been looking at feverfew and I would love some! It's good for migraines, which I suffer from, unfortunately. You are seriously so sweet. <3
It'll be awhile before the feverfew goes to seed, but when it does, I can send you some. That will easily fit in a regular size envelope.
So, I'm normally asleep by now. But tonight...tonight I feel like I could go run a damn marathon for some reason!

Yes it's a breeding season thing. That's why if people are going to keep them they get them fixed and it is worse with girls than males. Fixing after maturity wont totally fix it. Even with fixing young it can still happen just not as bad. So unfixed it's 100% normal behavior. Fixed it's still not uncommon. There's nothing to do but wait it out. Though they don't always go totally back to normal. So I'd give it another month or two if it's still wintery where you are to see if she reverts to nicer or not before making final decisions.

I can't get her spayed. It is totally illegal for me to have her and there is no way a vet is going to touch an illegal animal (I actually asked my vet). Last year, it seemed to go in cycles - she would be bitchy for a few days and then go back to being really sweet. I assumed that when she was bitchy, that that was when she was in heat but I did some reading up on it and they actually get bitchy after they go out of heat - in the wild, that is when they run the males off because their "job" is done. This year, she isn't just bitchy - she's mean. She sleeps with me a lot of the time (or did), but for reasons I won't go into here, she is no longer allowed to.
