Depends on the Requester. Some of the Quals are closed and have been closed for years. Like Ledger, If you want to try out for CS go on write.com take the test.

Go to "Become a paid writer" and then find the "Take Assessment" link. It's closed right now but I put in my info to be alerted next time its open.

CS is always on another turk forum and post daily take a look around you may run across them. You could at least find out when they will be hiring again. I can post the link its not allowed here.

I don't know anything about it, but I think I remember someone saying something about it the other day that implied that it messes up days that have over a certain number of hits. Not for sure about that though.
