Your best bet is to contact them. Only they really know what is wrong. It could be something as simple as you transposed a couple of numbers or letters when you sent them the data or it could be something else. What they want is to verify that you are really you and right now that have a reason to think that you are not. The rules have gotten much stricter in the last year because times are hard and Uncle Sam wants his tree fiddy, seriously contact them and do what they tell you; all you have to do is prove that you are really you. that you live where you say you live and that your SS # is really yours. I personally did not have any trouble but I have heard people say that this could take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. You are at the mercy of Amazon and you need to make as much noise with them as you can because the squeaky wheel gets the grease as they say.
