I'm guessing the TO was referring to a different HIT because it said it took 45 minutes for $0.75 but this HIT was $1.00 and there is absolutely no way it would take 45 minutes.

Don't over-think the hit. Just choose whether they're the same or not.

What do you do if the photo doesn't load? Just go off the text or say it's not the same?

And what if the descriptions are different but the photos (assuming both load) are the same? Like I have one right now that is two completely identical photos of knives but the descriptions are wildly different.

 

Do you have more than 200 approved HITs?

 

I had that happen a few times and just made my best guess. I think they'll take the lack of info into consideration when viewing your answer.
