    I felt the need to misuse a word he consistently misuses, so he'd understand.

    If I'd used the word "definitely," he'd have to get a dictionary, then figure out how to use it, and it would go to hell in a hand basket with all of the arguing about how he's right in spite of what a dictionary says that would be sure to follow.

    It was easier to use "defiantly."

    And, not for nuthin', let's top it all off with the compulsory "shut up" gif:

    One thing about Oscar, he's reputable for low pay, but I don't think he ever "rejected", or shorted someone on a dolla.
