in theory it's worth it, but to be honest i don't even see hits that require it posted all that frequently. 'top tier' is one of my bookmark toolbar searches that i'll hit up at least once an hour while i'm turking, and for the longest time i've seen nothing but the qual for different countries and a survey about worker preferences...

 

If you search for top tier you miss a lot of the top tier hits that CS has up. If you look at pages 2 and 3 they are filled with top tier writing hits.
