Depends on the context of the survey IMO. If they're going to ask me about my boss or coworkers or any of that shit, I don't take it. But I don't really consider myself an employee in the first place, so I usually avoid all of those to begin with.
Someone finish those global forge titles and names! he has 6k content hits to post but wont until those are done. They only catch is the titles suck
Yeah well I was woken up at 12am. 12:45am. 1:10am. 2:15am. Then he was nice and let me sleep until 4:47am. I had to do a double take at the clock. Then at 6am. Then I was allowed to sleep as long as I wanted until he just needed me again. Now I'm up. It's a daddy night Monday. And I promise I'm gonna be in bed at 8pm and sleep until morning.

"Employee" is the active word. If an individual works exclusively on Mturk, then no, that person is not qualified. Put simply, if you do not receive a form w2 at the end of the year from anywhere, you are not an employee. If the survey allows self-employment (business owners and Independent contractors), then by all means. However, most will specifically exclude this. The number of hours worked does not correlate with the classification of employee or non-employee.
Also surveys that require this are almost always asking about your relationship with your supervisor and/or co-workers, your attachment to your company, etc., so if you're strictly turking it doesn't apply to you anyway.
