Started turking this month and I'm seriously thinking about this too. I generally spend a lot of time on the computer but this is worse, I can't get up to take a break and stretch out because you always have to be on the lookout for more hits, and spend a lot of time searching.

I force myself to take 1 or 2 hour walks, sometimes with my husband if he has time. But that's not going to be enough.

I might ask my husband to get a cheap threadmill so I can work while walking.

Sometimes I kneel instead of sitting, or stand. Also, instead of a chair, I have a stool.

Luckily I have to walk a couple miles a day between my classes and my apartment.
Nowhere near what I did back home every day, though.

Treadmill's great for that. What I tend to do is take breaks every captcha (when I'm going HAM). 10 pushups, 10 situps, then back at it. If I'm at home, I do pullups too (like 2 of those :( weak little arms).

When it's slower, I'll do it every hour or so.

I don't actually do this, but I wish I did. Do as I say, not as I do

Oh, that reminds me of a kettlebell! I have a 15 lb one (I'm very weak from disability), I better take it out of the closet and give it a few swings here and there!

(searching for crossfit kettlebell on youtube will give some good examples)

My parents gave me adjustable dumbbells for christmas last year and I just recently found those, so that'll probably be my go-to for a while :)

Sounds like BS but I actually set up a thing in front of my stationary bike. I can sit and not peddle or I can peddle as I Turk. I heard that you need at least 10 minutes movement EVERY hour. For example if you are watching TV do not fast forward through the commercials, get up and walk around while they are on. My set up works for me. (I snagged the stationary bike from my neighbor who was putting it out on the curb, it is a 1980's edition but it works and it was free.)
